I’m Lauren Green, a business-minded attorney and legal operator who helps growing companies make smart, practical decisions—without slowing down momentum. I’m a General Counsel by day, and through my consulting practice I partner with founders and operators who need clear contracts, strong templates, and steady guidance they can actually use.

Background & Education

I earned my J.D. from University of Nebraska, Lincoln, School of Law and have spent my career working alongside leadership teams to solve real-world problems—balancing risk, speed, and business goals. Over the years, my work has covered everything from day-to-day commercial agreements and vendor relationships to governance, policy development, and cross-functional support across people, finance, and operations.

A Little Personal

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my husband, Jeff, for over 15 years, and we’re raising four kids—Ava (15), Miles (12), Mathis (10), and Vivian (6). They keep us on the go with sports and activities, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re also active in our church community at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, which has been an important part of our family’s life.
